easyHotel Cardiff was a great stay—clean, comfortable, and excellent value for the price. The staff were especially accommodating and kindly upgraded me to a double room with a larger bed even though I had originally booked a room with 2 twins. Friendly service and flexibility made the stay smooth and genuinely pleasant.
Hello! This is a very lovely and cozy hotel, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and welcoming, and the pillows were incredibly soft we slept so well. The receptionist was extremely kind and friendly and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. His name is Gwil, and he left a wonderful first impression with his warm attitude and helpfulness. Thank you for such a pleasant stay we would be very happy to come back again!
We were there for two nights while visiting Cardiff as tourists. The hotel is on very convenient place, close to the centre of the city. The staff was attentive and friendly and the room was clean. As Easyhotel is low budget hotel I didn't have high expectations but it surprised me in a very pleasant way. Highly recommend.

Stayed two nights during the Six Nations (€536 total). The rooms are very small but have the basic comfort you need, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel is poorly soundproofed especially on the first floor where you can hear a lot of street noise. Overall, quite expensive for the size and level of comfort offered.
I stayed at EasyHotel Cardiff for two nights over the weekend with my boyfriend, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The double bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day out in the city. The staff at both reception and housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked last minute via a phone call and paid on arrival, which was quick and convenient. The rooms are very pocket-friendly and definitely worth the value for money. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!
